Picton Property Sold At Auction

A large crowd turned out to see the property successfully sell under the hammer on a clear and sunny Saturday 14th August . The magnificent property, a 4 bedroom Hilton Home with inground pool on 1 acre in the prestigous Stonequarry Estate, had as many as 40 property inspections prior to auction. Three out of the seven registered bidders fought it out for a long time. But in the end the sucessful bidders, a lovely couple from the Southern Highlands were very overjoyed to be the lucky new owners of this magnificent property. Inglis Property wish them all the best in the new chapter of their lives living in the wonderful Stonequarry Estate.
