Primarily open creek flats rising to gentle slopes country. Features strong black and red volcanic soils providing a balance of heavy Creek flats on Peppers Creek rising to heavy red basalt loams. The property offers highly productive country with approximately 60% sown down to perennial pastures, including phalaris, cocksfoot and clovers, crops of oats & rye grass with an additional 840 acres of semi-improved pasture.
